    Realty ONE Group Edge - GA

    I've been licensed for 18 months and I wish I had found Realty ONE Group Edge when I was first searching for brokerages. They make you feel like you are part of a FAMILY... you are definitely not alone. From the different weekly trainings to the back office support to the transaction coordinators and the office managers, there is absolutely no reason why you can't or won't be a successful REALTOR®. There is always someone available to answer your questions and assist with your clients. Another thing I like is how all 3 Georgia offices come together as ONE.

    Great company to be affiliated with

    As the Managing Broker for the Sarasota, Florida office (Realty One Group Skyline), I am grateful to be part of such a dynamic company. Realty One Group cares about their brokers and agents by offering an abundance of resources. There is ongoing training and support available 24/7. The national brand is valuable in marketing and the OneLux brand of Realty One Group is also beneficial is serving the needs of our luxury buyers and seller. Overall, Realty One Group is a great company to be affiliated with.

    Realty One Group is Awesome!

    When I got my license I did not do my research and sign up with a different brokerage and a year later something did not feel right so decided to I check around. I decided to join Realty One Group. It is the best decision I ever made. They have a lot of training and support. And if you are starting out they offer mentoring program for new agent. I should of made the switch to Realty One sooner.

    ONE Family !

    I am a new agent & I am in my early stage of real estate career. ONE of the first thing I will said at soon I pass my exam was anxious to find a brokerage to hang my license., days went through still waiting for State to cleared me. Meanwhile I was waiting I spoke over the phone with my Broker right in there at sooner I hear about the company, I knew it I want to be part of the ONE family. Today I can tell you I am very proud to be part of Realty ONE Group which I describe as my family! Everyone that I met are very kind you can feel the positive vibes around me.

    The ONE!

    I'm a new agent and when I was interviewing brokerages this summer, I knew Realty ONE Group was the ONE instantly! From first contact to having all of my questions answered and a 4 minute turn around time from the Broker, I knew this was a different brokerage that would be the best fit for my career.     Feels like home!

    With over 30 years of real estate under our belt and used to working as a 100% agent, we were sad when our long time broker decided to sell out to a competitor. Unfortunately, that broker was very controlling and took a large part of our commission check. Not good. After 3 years with that broker, which I call "the corporate bully", we started interviewing companies. One of those companies was Realty One Group. We sat down and talked with Ron, and immediately felt at home. We had not had that feeling with any other broker. It has been so comfortable and easy working with ROG as our broker for going on 5 years now..... and it still feels like home!

    Mavera Mir has created a true agent based Company. Realty One Group in Torrance was Mavera's first, Downey office was her second. Hermosa Beach office and now the Palos Verdes office will open to a very busy 2020. Mavera is fluid and transparent when you meet her. Consistency is what comes to mind as you work with her on any of her ongoing projects.....always agent based. .! Mavera lives and breathes to help her agents...lucky us. Mavera has been an amazing visionary whose paths I have crossed. ...again, lucky me.

    It doesn't get any better than this!

    Realty ONE Group is the only high-commission, low-fee company that will offer agents the coaching/training, mentoring, office culture, amazing technology and support you need to become successful and that's what makes them unique. The lack of high fees allows me to reinvest my money back into my marketing to grow my business. Only thing I wish is that I had joined sooner!

    Simply the Best there is!

    Making the switch to Realty ONE Group was the best thing I could have done for my business and the timing was impeccable. I made the change during the height of the pandemic and was blown away by the engagement of our corporate office to keep us positive during trying and uncertain times. We GREW as a company over the height of the pandemic which speaks volumes to how this company takes care of their agents. I not only get great training on how to be a fantastic agent, but I also receive invaluable training on growth to be a better and stronger version of myself...that's the rub. The tools, training, an support are the best I've ever had. The COOLture is fantastic, with more than enough positivity and encouragement to share with everyone. The branding is the best in the business, sleek, modern, different and beautiful to look at. I feel the commission model is just the cherry on top of everything else.     Home SWEET Home

    Home SWEET Home is not just for the home buyer, it also is the best way to share my ONE reason I am still with ROG. They say 1st is the worst, 2nd is the best BUT 3rd times the charm! We all have our stories about where we started, why we left BUT the best story is why you stay. I feel like I learned so much at my previous brokerage BUT lacked the direction, support and leverage. Once I found Realty ONE Group I knew I was once again in charge of my own business and that mindset changed how well I was performing. We are not reinventing the wheel here. We are setting the stage for success and with the right support and guidance, not at first but continued support and guidance, you feel as if you are ONE big team. ONE big family. ONE big success but as ONE. This brokerage is UNlike any other. YOU are the focus and I feel that, I truly feel this is MY business and I have all the support to back it up.     Recently Switched to ROG and Haven't Looked Back!

    I made the decision in August to leave a previous brokerage that is respected for their technological advances when I realized Realty One Group has the same (and functional) products and only costs me a flat rate per transaction. Once I switched, everything improved. I had a real team of support staff that I could go to with any questions I had, a Facebook group with friendly and incredibly helpful agents, a broker who was there for his agents, and technology that worked! Joining Realty One Group has been the best decision for my career. This company supports its agents in becoming successful REALTORS.

    Top Notch Company!

    I am a new agent with Realty One Group in Gilbert, Az. This company has been absolutely awesome to work with. The coaching and mentoring program is just what I needed to get started.     Realty ONE Group Commission Splits & Fees

    Realty ONE Group reports that they abide by the you-made-it-you-keep-it commission model. Agents get a lion share of their commissions compared to the traditional commission splits of 60/40. 

    Fees are few and affordable. Based on the fee structure of Realty ONE Group Mountain Desert, the transaction fee for a sale under $500,000 is $200. An additional $200 is charged for every $250,000 over the base transaction amount. There is a technology fee of $200 per transaction. 

    Agents don’t pay franchisor fees. Recurring fees include the monthly fee of $100 and a yearly fee of $500 for E&O insurance, which adds up to about $1,700 dollars in annual fees. 

    You may encounter a different fee structure as each location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Some locations start new agents on an 80/20 program where they need to make at least three transactions before taking home 100% of the commission. As you interview at different locations, make it a priority to find out more about the costs and the commission split programs.
