Founded in Canada, EXIT Realty is a proven real estate business model that has to-date, paid out more than 500 million dollars in single-level residual income to its associates. EXIT Realty’s Expert Marketing Suite™ including geolocation Smart Sign™ technology gives home sellers the edge in a competitive marketplace. A portion of every transaction fee collected by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund and to-date, 6 million dollars has been pledged to charity.

EXIT Realty was started in 1996 with a unique idea to disrupt the real estate industry. Working for EXIT Realty
The commission splits are 70/30. Agents can also sleep easy knowing that every collected transaction fee is donated to a charitable cause. EXIT also participates in the dollar-for-dollar matching program where associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pledged pool of funds.

EXIT Realty Training
EXIT Realty has several different training options for prospective agents. They offer three different training calendars that are filled with live videos that can be watched on an agent’s downtime. They cover a wide variety of industry related information that agents can take advantage of. The videos can be downloaded to any device and streamed during specific blocked out time frames. The downside is that these videos can’t be streamed outside of the listed calendar time. However, training video topics are based on need and popularity, and tend to come around on a consistent basis. EXIT has a team dedicated to training new agents.

I like the family-oriented setting throughout the organization. I like the supportive earning that is promoted by all levels. I am thankful for the thought about us long-term. I like we have actually met upper management in person. I like the technology that is provided and the classes that come with it to support us.
When I started there were regional events and even before covid that seems to have stopped. I believe it is good to meet your fellow regional Realtors. Additionally, I feel like there should be a reward if you make it to win one of the awards like Bronze, Platinum, etc. I think the reward should be a credit toward the convention. I believe the convention is costly, especially for newer agents.
I like that we work together and refer each other business.

What I like most about EXIT Realty is the great marketing, positioning realtors to have a secured future through Residuals which can be used for a multitude of things including investing of sorts and the communication line staying open.on all levels.
As we have a plethora of information it’s not so much is improve upon maybe section off to into smaller digestible bites all the wonderful information we have.
My belief is joining exit realty would be one of the smartest decisions to increase not only your lifestyle but your real estate business as a whole. It’s worth taking a moment to check into how EXIT will fit your lifestyle and how it can take you to the next level.

I love EXIT Realty because it has given me the training and support I need to succeed in my career. I can call my broker or regional any time for advice and encouragement and the other agents are always willing to help and encourage on this journey as well. I have never enjoyed being a part of a company as much as I have enjoyed working with EXIT! They encourage you to set goals and give you the absolute best training and tools needed to succeed above and beyond those goals! So blessed to be a part of such an amazing team! Honestly, I have no complaints! I mean there is always room for improvement but our company is on top of that, always giving opportunity for growth, and success.

When I was trained in the beginning it wasn’t as it should have been. I wasn’t taught properly a lot of necessary paperwork, etc. A lot of my tech set up didn’t work correctly either.

EXIT Realty is a true agent centric brokerage. Everything that EXIT does is the improve their agent’s professionalism and ability to increase their income.
There is nothing I can think of that EXIT Realty is not already doing for it’s agents.
If you are looking for a real estate company that is focused on your success, that teaches you how to earn multiple income streams through real estate and will stand by you through anything personal or professional, then EXIT Realty should be top of your list to interview.

The best thing for me about EXIT is the unity and how helpful and friendly everyone is. Next would be the residuals of course. The training and willingness to help whenever needed. All the great resources we have to be successful. I also enjoy the extra money you can make by recruiting. If your not recruiting at EXIT, then I suggest you get going on it! It's worth it!!
