Best Online Real Estate Schools in Indiana

indiana state sealReal estate is booming everywhere but it’s especially hot in Indiana. Median home prices are higher than ever before. Earlier this year they reached an all time high hitting a $255,000 range and the trend is predicted to continue.

While rates going up is a good thing for home sellers, it may not be great for home buyers. However, this is countered by the fact that interest rates are extremely low.

If you’re looking to get in on this, it’s important to know that a successful career path starts with your real estate education. That’s why getting inside knowledge from industry experts is crucial when deciding where to get your real estate license. In fact, making the right choice for your real estate school is one of the most important choices a new agent can make!

Our in-house real estate experts spent hundreds of hours researching, scoring, and ranking the top Indiana real estate schools.  Our experts also took into account the ratings and reviews from thousands of Agent Advice agents who have taken the courses themselves.

We’ve ranked and rated each school on 8 different factors to come up with the very best real estate schools in Indiana. Some of the top factors considered are:

  1. Course value
  2. How easy the courses were to navigate
  3. If there were any technical glitches
  4. Return policies
  5. Overall performance of each school as a whole
  6. Reviews directly from agents who’ve attended the school

There are dozens of options (some of them not so great!), so we’ve taken the work off your plate by narrowing down the list to only the ones that scored high enough. Whether you’re dedicating yourself full time to your new career, are looking to fly through the courses quickly to get them over with, or are busy and looking to work through them when you have downtime, here is a list of the best online real estate schools in Indiana you should consider.

Read on to find out which ones you should choose.

The CE Shopce-shop-logo

The school has several unique points that make it stand head and shoulders above the competition. It offers high pass rates, great career resources, terrific customer service and a pass guarantee. They also give students an option to make money through their referral program.

Study Courses

The CE Shop offers three different study courses to its Indiana students. These include:

  • Exam Prep Edge: IN Broker National and State Portions
  • Exam Prep Edge: IN Broker National Portion
  • Exam Prep Edge: IN Broker State Portion

All courses are essentially the same but one prepares you for only the national portion of the test, one prepares you for only the state portion of the test and one prepares you for both.

Students start the courses by taking an initial assessment. Then they are provided with an interactive dashboard that guides them through the topics while measuring their competency in each subject. Feedback is given in real time, so they have plenty of opportunities to brush up before the exam.

The courses provide students with practice tests with unique questions that get them well prepared for the curriculum.

Students have seven-day access to customer care so they can call with questions when they need assistance.
