Aceable, in my opinion, is the best real estate course in Michigan, due to its competitive pricing, engaging content, and high pass rates.  Their course materials are great for most learning styles promoting high knowledge retention with interactive elements like games, videos, and infographics throughout the 40-hour course required by Michigan to obtain your license.

Their pricing is reasonable for the value, and even their basic package has a mini-career starter package and 1,000 exam prep questions. I recommend the “Premium”  package if you need more support as it includes live Q&A and private tutoring through Prep Agent, another platform we’ll discuss below. 

Aceable has an incredibly high national pass rate at 80% and a pass or don’t pay guarantee.

Their courses are 100% online and accessible across most devices, giving you the convenience of studying anytime, anywhere with audio tutorials available as well. They have two more packages in addition to the basic course option, for extra support while you’re studying with study guides and practice tests for more effective preparation.  

They do not have their pass rates disclosed on their site, but offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee or you get your money back if the course is less than 50% complete. They also have a 4.6/5 star rating by the better business bureau.
