The real estate industry can often be a revolving door for new agents, but there are many professionals who have stayed with it, becoming role models for those just starting out. Through the years, they’ve become top producers, listers, and sellers. They’ve all found a way to master client communication, building relationships as their careers started taking off.

There are so many of these amazing titans working in the real estate industry, and they deserve a bit of praise for what they do. So, we are going to start by shining a spotlight on these titans who have been in the industry for 10+ years, and have managed to climb their way to the top.

One of the titans who’s proved he has the right product knowledge, reputation, and communication skills to gain a client’s trust is Yawar Charlie. He is a first-time homebuyer/single family home expert with over 12-years of real estate experience.

She credits her family and her Texas upbringing with the success of her career.  As the youngest of four children in a military family in Central Texas, she attended Texas A&M where she earned her degree in sociology.  This education has empowered her to understand people and their needs.

She has lived in both Dallas and Houston, and knows both housing markets well, but claims Dallas as her home.   She believes that being front and center for her client, good communication, and excellent negotiation skills are at the heart of any good transaction.

He started his career as a luxury apartment locator in downtown Chicago, connecting renters to premier Class-A apartment communities. After a few years, several of his clients began expressing interest in homebuying and he knew it was time to get his broker’s license to help them navigate their next chapter. Ryan Wright

Ryan has been a prolific fix & flip entrepreneur since 2002 and has mentored thousands of new real estate investors during that time. He first started in real estate as an agent, along with his wife, almost 20 years ago. The success came quickly. The Salt Lake Board of Realtors named him “Real Estate Rookie of the Year” and his company won “Best of State” as well. Despite these successes, he never truly experienced the time & money freedom he though would come with that career.

He noticed that many of his clients were real estate investors, purchasing and flipping homes for massive profit. While Ryan as the agent would earn a decent profit of the sale, the investors were making life-changing income, and even better, their schedules weren’t subject to the their clients.
