They say you have 14 days to complete—excellent. What they fail to mention upfront is it’s a 24 HOUR review process between each section so you’re automatically losing 5 of the 14 days!!!

Don’t bait and switch people. Make sure your questions on your tests are actually correct. Fannie Mae does not buy FHA loans. It’s just one of the many errors that I saw.

Highly un-recommend.

Nothing at all I wish I didn't even try this course made me verry upset and I hope people don't fall for this like I did

I'm not happy with them at all I spent hours on the course practicing and I took the exam and they said I passed it but I click the button to go back and it wouldn't let me go on so I called them and they said oh you didn't pass but then he all wait a minute you did and then he put me on hold and came back on and said it was a glitch in the website and unfortunately I didn't pass I was so upset because I know I did this website needs to be taking down not happy at all

As other reviews stated, I chose to go with AYPO based on their more affordable prices. I deeply regret this decision.

The actual course work is just copy and pasted legislation that they expect you to read and memorize. I would appreciate more thought and careful planning put into the course. On top of that, there are several grammatical errors that the website refuses to fix even though multiple users have pointed them out.

The tests are designed to make you fail. You need above an 80 to pass, and the questions are far harder than other courses. Even if you complete the courses, you have to complete 3 more 110 question exams that don't let you see what you got wrong, so they're impossible to study for. I've spent so much time on this stupid website and I'm this close to restarting the entire process. I've completed the courses but I can't get the certificates of completion because of the way the course is set up. Save your time and go somewhere else.

After completing an online course, they did not report it in a timely manner causing my license to expire. I called in multiple times to resolve this issue and I was constantly transferred around and/or left on hold for excessive amounts of time. Could not get an actual person to help me. Colin, on their online help button, kept telling me to call in, said there was nothing they could do...just to wait up to 5 business days. Need a customer service department that actually responds and helps your customers! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I regret having wasted 180 hours of my life in a lousy online course designed so that you never hear the exams, among the options to answer you will not find the correct answer because it is simply not an option, they will tell you to pay supervision again.

There is nothing right here, the call center will never answer, the slides you will need a magnifying glass to read

Find a way to stop making fun of students who dream of a better future for themselves and their children.

It was at my own pace and I could log in anytime and complete the modules. This worked well with me doing this while my baby slept. I was able to complete all of the classes in a few months. I do wish they would add the ability to print the pages that we learn from. That way we could take notes and highlight as needed. A recorded teacher to read/ explain some stuff would be nice too. It was a lot of reading so being able to break it up would help you stay entertained.

This isn’t an easy course or easy license to get. It takes countless hours and a strong mindset to complete the work. This was by far one of the hardest things I had ever done but I’m so glad I was able to get my licenses and on the first try!!

For each module, students had several chances to pass exams. Informative slides as well as text and audio. This online class was convenient and sufficiently prepared me to pass the licensing test on the first try.

I did feel like as a Texas real estate attorney, I corrected many of the incorrect parts of the information, such as having a lender sign a promissory note, which makes it a non-negotiable instrument.

Regrettable. The only good things was that it cost $14, however I would have paid much more to not spend as much time.

Honesty, the rep told me when I signed up that the course would be approved for my appraisal CE also. That was the only reason I took this class, so that the credits would be applied to both licenses. But the state did not accept their credit toward the required hours.

The class is designed so that, if you miss more than 2 questions, you repeat the entire time section. It is awful and the course is dry and took much longer to complete due to repeating a couple of sections over. I wouldn't wish this class on anyone.

I liked that there were many quizzes to make sure you were remembering the material as you went along. The PDF file was very helpful.

That said, after taking each cumulative test, it doesn't tell you what questions you got wrong or what the correct answers were. This made studying very difficult. I wish I could be told what the right answers were so that I would know for when I took the actual real estate license exam.

It was online, inexpensive, and at my own pace which were all things I needed that AYPO provided. It’s there in the name. Know what kind of student you are because this doesn’t hold your hand or walk you through anything. But if you can learn well just by textbook reading, you may be successful with it.

That said, the content is extraordinarily dry. I tell other people if they’re good at studying textbooks and have a pretty big vocabulary already, it can work for them but otherwise it’s not engaging at all. It’s pretty terrible honestly but it got the job done.

There is nothing to like about it. Initially I was attracted by the low price but the exams are just made to fail you. Very hostile and unhelpful way to help people to learn and pass the exam. That lady speaker is redundant and her info is basically useless. I lost hours dealing with it. I lost $14 too because i had to sign in to Gold Cost where i did my continuous education exam in 20 min.

Change your intention from failing people to helping people to learn in friendly way

Stay away from this company. There are plenty of other schools that can help you to go though the continuous education using helpful and positive dynamics

I appreciated the fact that it was truly at my pace and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to finish at a certain time. There were a couple of typos throughout the course and some things that didn’t make sense or add up.

Read through everything carefully and be sure to understand before moving on to the next chapter

Just terrible. I bought the TX RE courses from AYPO because of the price, but it ended up costing me more because then content so terrible I went with another vendor anyway and AYPO would not refund. The most boring lessons ever - 90% of this is literally copying and pasting laws from government websites. Careless typos and grammatical errors. Just terrible.

BORING and very porely designed "courses" -- which are basically just copying and pasting laws. Go with another vendor.

All the information given was accurate and they had a great support team that was available to answer any course related questions. The price was great for the value given, and they are continually improving their videos and content. Especially the practice exams at the end were really great because they suggested areas to revisit in the course to continue studying.

The videos needed to be updated, but when I was halfway through the course they actually completely replaced all the old videos with new ones. Really big improvement!! I think it would be helpful to have an active chat available for the students that could provide immediate help for course related questions. They were pretty good at responding via email, but it was often a day later.

Aypo was a great fit for me. I think that if you are a hands on learning you might struggle because there is a lot of reading, not too many videos. I enjoyed being able to move through it quickly, but that’s my learning style.

Great exams, quizzes, and breaking the whole lessons into chunks was great. it helped me to manage my learning and test and learn everything. Very well organized great course full of quizzes that helped me get ready for the licensing exam. Was surprised at how easy it was.

Disappointed

I got hooked by the initial price, but it was a bait and switch. They end up charging you an extra $15 to get the results out the next day. The courses are SO BORING. They don't put any real effort into making the engaging at all. The vast majority is reading the material you could get verbatim from the governing website. They have brief videos at the end of each section that serves as a small break with someone standing there (without even a background) ending the section and telling you what is next for 15 seconds. Just awful. Go somewhere else where they actually try to produce something interesting, isn't so painfully dull, and more honest about the cost.

Invest some money into delivering your content in a way that isn't like reading a book. While the material can be dull to begin with, these guys do nothing to make it more interesting and fun as you learn it.

The course is confusing and doesn’t flow. It’s unclear when to move forward and what boxes to open next. It became extremely frustrating to be told to go back to the previous page and complete.

I made 83, 85 and 100 on the three quizzes after each section, so I obviously understood the content, but the final was confusing and I had to repeat it. I actually thought I was done after the 3 quizzes following each of the sections, but didn’t get a confirmation. I did a Chat and learned there was a final.

Please do not use this school they are like 3 dollars cheaper but it will cost you. They don't even report your courses right away like the others. They take over 5 days, wow. If you want it earlier you have to pay 20 dollars. I will never use them again they are horrible. Everything is a headache from the beginning. Use another school. Do not use this one, you will regret it!

Positives:
- It's inexpensive, compared to the alternatives
- It's online, which is convenient
- It's self-paced, so there's no pressure to complete any unit within a specific amount of time after starting it

To improve upon the course, the developers/administrators could:
- Use spell check before publishing. It's distracting and confusing in some cases, to have typos in course content AND on the practice tests
- Update the course material in a timely manner after legislative or form changes - the course did not have the September 2021 form updates incorporated when I went through (after September 2021), which made me wonder if the course exam would be testing me based on outdated information
- Eliminate some extraneous material and topics, and include ones relevant to the current licensing exam. After completion, I took the practice tests from other providers, and came across terms and concepts that weren't even covered in the AYPO courses (!)

In hindsight, I would have paid more for a different course that had better online reviews. The cost savings aren't worth the fear and dread I feel after completing the six real estate courses, and not feeling anywhere prepared for the licensing examination.

For the most part I could go at my own pace and schedule. I liked that I could study in my available time instead of having to take off work or go to a classroom. If I had to pause in the middle of a section, it would not pick up where I left off. I had to restart the section. Needs to be updated as well. Very affordable and easy to include in your schedule.

While using AYPO I liked the opportunity to take quizzes more than once that helped me memorize content . At your pace is convenient

However, Proctor availability for testing was limited. It would help to be able to take the exams while fresh in memory

Take the time to study and absorb each section

Awful!! They have multiple errors in their questions, either content, spelling, or grammar. You flag the questions in their quizzes or alert them and that eats into your 15 minutes. It is super frustrating and their questions do not always match up with the content so even when they allow open book good luck.

Check your content versus your quizzes. When a question states "What are not advantages to a trust fund account?" and then all the answers are about advantages it is hard to know what you are looking for and removes and confidence a user has in the program.

I just feel super frustrated to the point that I am about to stop your program and buy another one which is super disappointing.

What a complete nightmare. Repetitive information, incorrect information, grammatical errors, trick questions,. The worst course I have ever taken in 30 years. It will take you months to complete it. BORING.

What are some things to improve upon? Everything. What do you want me to say the whole course is just awful? Go find another course online or take one in a classroom which will go much quicker and with less frustration.

No agent will pass their quiz, so you will go on staying in their website for months. They should make their course plan in such a way that agents pass their quiz and move on. Agents are busy individuals and course should be easy to under stand and tests thereafter.
