Jim brings over a decade of experience as a real estate agent in New York to the content he contributes to. During his inaugural year, Jim achieved sold 57 houses and earned the title of the top agent at his office for the first two years of his practice.
Jim sold 437 homes from 2013-2019 while concurrently leading a small team and coaching 15 clients. He became Director Of Lead Generation at 14 Moves International in 2018, and led the team to sell over 1,200 homes, earning recognition as the 31st largest team globally by the Wall Street Journal.
Jim is also a prolific and highly respected real estate coach, having been a Middleton Elite Coach since 2023 and has recently joined on with Fast Growth coaching.
