The most significant separating factor about CINC is its experience with paid advertising as a partner of Google. They have a $25 million annual ad spend budget to draw in leads. CINC’s pricing isn’t readily available on their site because the package prices vary depending on how much Google ad spend you would like to add to your plan. The good news is that I called their sales team, and they were very helpful, so thumbs up for customer support!

  • Their ramp package typically ranges from $1300 – $1600 per month. 
  • Their pro package starts at $1500 and can go up depending on your budget.

For me, when it comes to choosing between BoomTown and CINC for a CRM, both have their strengths, but my preference leans toward BoomTown. As a real estate agent with Vancouver Home Search, I’ve found BoomTown’s user interface to be more intuitive, which makes navigating daily tasks more efficient. I’ve used both BoomTown and CINC extensively, and while both have their merits, I lean more toward BoomTown for several reasons.
