Ylopo Review 2024: Prices, Features, Reviews, and Alternatives
We’re about to go over a ton of features, pricing, and more for a very well-known digital marketing platform. This way we can determine if they live up to the hype, plus who they work best for.
Today we’ll go deep into all things Ylopo.
Ylopo specializes in a real estate digital marketing platform. They offer interactive property websites along with lead generation and nurture. They’re not an-all-one solution, (they don’t offer a CRM), but they focus on using that to their advantage. You’ll just have to stay with me to find out how.
After this review you should be able to determine why they may, or may not be a good fit for you. We’ll go over their platform features, pricing, what others have said about their experience and so on and so forth. You might be surprised by a couple of our findings. I know I was.
Quick Summary of Ylopo
Fun fact: Ylopo isn’t an all-in-one solution quite intentionally. They’ve put their focus on perfecting their digital marketing and lead generation. And, while you won’t get a CRM they do offer integrations with some other top CRMs. You’ll also get a branded IDX website, and direct marketing solutions.
Ylopo generates leads through SEO, PPC, social media channels, sphere of influence, and tons of other unique lead generating tools that we’ll dive into in this review.
In addition to bringing you leads, they also place a good amount of focus on nurturing them, and offer an AI driven system that learns from user behavior. Like their lead generation their nurture is multifaceted, which gives you many different ways to have those “touches” with your clients.
A few of their solutions to lead gen surprised me. I won’t ruin the surprise but I think you’ll be especially intrigued with the last two features we dive into.
Ylopo Features
Ylopo has some great features surrounding lead generation, which makes sense given that is their strong suit. We’re going to dive into some of the features that really stand out.
Keep in mind while you learn about these features, they may or may not fit your needs, and that’s the important part for you. You just need to determine if you want to pick up what Ylopo is putting down.
1. Mission Control
Ylopo’s mission control is their digital marketing dashboard. It’s pretty cool. It basically simplifies your marketing strategy and puts all the complicated stuff in an easy to digest form in one place.
I like how it brings some transparency to your marketing strategy.
A nice little bonus – if you aren’t loving anything about your ads, you can change it from here too.
One of the unique things about it are the options for how to use it. If you’re someone who wants more control you can operate in co-pilot mode and help with your digital marketing strategies along with Ylopo experts. You can also set it to auto-pilot and let them do all the work for you (I personally love a good cruise control option).
Why it’s useful: Organization can be hard. Not all of us have brains that operate like Home Edit organizers, but we still need to be able to operate effectively, which requires some organization. Having everything in one place is a great start. Being able to essentially “set it and forget it” is a nice cherry on top.
2. AI Powered lead nurture
Something I like about their lead nurture is it’s pretty intuitive. They have clearly spent a good amount of time researching where you are losing potential leads, and in turn money. Ylopo shows listings through Facebook to leads you already have to re-engage them. Bonus – this is often cheaper too.
Something I found to be pretty cool is that they use technology that’s used for the big dogs like Amazon and eBay. They keep your leads on your branded Facebook page, and not other places where they are seeing you and other agents.
I really like that their lead scoring system will notify you of the right time to engage your leads, as well as what to engage them with based on their activity.
The best part in my opinion- they handle the conversation to free up your time. Their “assistant” RAIYA basically monitors your leads and texts when they are “hot” for you. When a lead responds to see a home you can take over.
Why it’s useful: Lead nurture is pretty standard, and it saves time, which we could all benefit from. The issue is you need it to not only nurture at the right time, but with the right info, which is what makes the AI features so helpful.
3. Dynamic Lead Registration
This feature is pretty interesting. Ylopo recognized that when a lead has to fill out a form right out the gate they will probably put some fake info in there sometimes (we’ve all done it). Instead they have tailored their forms to engage the lead and get their info.
Here’s how it works. They ask the lead questions and then respond to their answers, all the while noting their preferences. The idea is the lead will want you to contact them to learn more. I know this sounds simple, but it really is a pretty clever way to go away from the forced lead forms that often don’t provide the most accurate info.
The nice perk is your lead cost should go down if it works like it’s supposed to because your conversion will go up. In addition to that perk, all the unique information that Ylopo gets for you will help make your calls easier and less awkward.
Why it’s useful: Now that lead gen is pretty common and people are onto it, we’ll need more out of the box ways to get the lead to put in real info. With these forms you should be getting less of the “jane doe” leads and more actually interested buyers.
4. Listing Rocket
This feature caught my attention with its unique approach to listing ads for you. When one of your listings goes on the market Listing Rocket creates a Facebook ad campaign for you. The thing is, it creates a series of ads to hit leads at each lifecycle stage (open house, price reduction etc.) of the listing. It can do this through MLS real time connection.
It’s fully automated so the hope is you’re staying top of mind without having to be the one doing the updating for each life cycle of the listing. Plus, they are hyper-targeted to the demographic that will be most interested, and the ads are tailored to that area as well.
You can also make seller reports with key detailed data from your digital marketing that Ylopo gathers for you. This includes showing them active buyers you are already working with.
Why it’s useful: Obviously the more touches with a lead the better, but if you don’t have anything of substance to say you might just annoy them. With the MLS connection in real time you hit the leads with the lifecycle changes for the listings, which can be an exciting alert – kind of like getting the price reduction alert for that item you have been wanting to buy.
5. Dynamic Video Ads
Okay, this is something you definitely won’t get with everyone. Ylopo’s dynamic video ads (DyVA) are created for you. It’s super simple. You’ll just click the listing you want a video for and select create a video with the template you want. You can enhance the listing info, and select your ad spend.
DyVA puts the video ad to Facebook and Instagram and has a dashboard where you can see how they’re performing. You can use this info to create a report and show the seller exactly how their home is being marketed, and how it’s performing.The ads can also be tailored to the phase they’re in (active listing, price reduced etc.).
Cool fact: Displaying sold video ads is a great way to showcase to other sellers how many homes you’ve sold.
In addition to the listing ads, you can display branding ads. These will target your entire database to showcase your overall brand instead of just listings. I like the combo of the two types of video ads because you present what inventory you’ve got, and make sure your name is known and associated with all of your listings.
Why it’s useful: You’ll be more transparent with a seller on the marketing side, which is great to build the relationship, and the video ads are more enticing than a static picture for your potential buyers.
Ylopo Pricing
While Ylopo doesn’t publicize their pricing, we can give a baseline estimate of what you’d be paying per month if you went with them. It’s slightly more simple than its competitors because it appears to have only one option that you can also build on with add-ons.
The complete package gives you everything. It starts at $795 a month, but that’s likely not where you’ll land once you put in the add-ons like social media leads, Raiya (AI assistant), and the DyVA videos we talked about.
Again, Ylopo’s set up where you really do need to call them to get your pricing once you tailor the package to your needs.
Biggest Pros
As I’ve mentioned, Ylopo’s strengths lie in their lead generation efforts, so it’s not shocking that most of their pros revolve around this too. They have used the fact that they’re not a do-it-all solution to their advantage by really focusing on digital marketing and getting you the most out of it. Let’s look at some of their top strengths.
They have pretty great lead generation solutions.
They’ve put their own twist on social, SEO, and PPC lead generation to try and stay a step above the competition. Everything they do in this space has a focus on being dynamic to help bring in quality leads.
Ylopo offers tons of CRM integrations.
While they don’t offer a CRM, they did make sure they could integrate with a ton of options so you can use the combo that works best for you. They also have spent quite a bit of time making sure these integrations are seamless.
They use lead re-engagement so no lead is left behind.
No lead’s left behind with Ylopo. Part of their approach includes sphere-of-influence to revive those leads that you already have. This is often more cost effective since you already have the leads, plus it makes sure you aren’t wasting any opportunities.
You’ll get speedy websites.
You won’t lose leads to the sound of the jeopardy song because Ylopo’s websites have a quick load time, and look great while doing it. Each agent has their own microsite that also performs quickly.
Biggest Cons
Even Though Ylopo has done their homework and offered a great product, there are always some cons as they’ll relate to specific groups of people. Let’s look at some of the areas Ylopo may need some improvement.
They don’t offer a native CRM.
Their number of integrations is great, but if you’re wanting a one-stop shop including a CRM, they may fall short for you. They have focused on making integration seamless, but it also means you have to work with two companies so if things aren’t working it could require extra time.
Their SEO solutions could be better.
They do offer SEO with their lead gen, but it isn’t particularly their strength. They focus more on the paid ad side, so if you need some serious SEO help you would probably need to get some outside advice.
There is a lack of ad customization.
While you can co-pilot with Ylopo on your digital marketing, their ads are not overly customizable. You can nix things, and alter what all gets seen, but you can’t completely customize the ads.
Who’s Ylopo best for?
Ylopo’s approach to digital marketing is going to be better for some than others. To see if they may be a good fit for you, let’s look at the groups of users who would benefit the most with using Ylopo.
It’s great for agents or teams already using Facebook.
While you don’t have to be excellent at Facebook marketing, it helps if you are familiar and using it since Ylopo really shines with these ads.
It’s great for agents really just needing a lead generation solution.
Since they don’t have a native CRM, this is where Ylopo will benefit you the most. Through their websites, ads, and nurture your lead gen will be taken care of, but you’ll want a CRM already in place or at least in mind.
It’s great for teams or brokerages looking to grow, but not add too much additional work to their plate.
With Ylopo’s ease-of-use with their products combined with their tools that can be on autopilot, you can grow your leads without having to dedicate a ton of your time.
Who’s it not good for?
There are obviously going to be a handful of people Ylopo doesn’t make sense for. Take a look and see if you fall into one of these categories.
It’s not that great for agents or teams looking for an all-in-one solution.
Again, no native CRM means you need to work with another company for your CRM solution. While it may not bother some, others may want to only have one overall solution so they work with one team on how to fix or improve things.
It’s not that great for brokerages or teams looking for more customization.
If you’re looking to truly control and customize your ads down to the letter, Ylopo may not be for you. You do have some control, and can make alterations but you won’t have full customization abilities.
It’s not that great for agents looking to build their SEO along with their paid ads.
Ylopo is optimized for SEO, but it’s definitely not their focus. So, if you’re needing to build your SEO up to start getting the “free” leads down the road, Ylopo probably isn’t going to meet that need.
What other users say
What’s interesting is that there aren’t a ton of user reviews out there given how well known Ylopo is. That’s not to say Ylopo doesn’t have a big user base, it just appears people aren’t taking to the internet about them as much. While this may seem like a negative, it could also be seen as a good thing, given some people only take to reviewing when they are looking to vent.
The users that have put their experience with Ylopo out there have for the most part been positive. Many have great things to say about their customer service, and their suite of products catered to lead generation.
The few that didn’t give a glowing recommendation referenced some general problems you can get with any lead generation company, like some leads giving fake info, which to be honest is going to happen with anyone.
As far as I can tell, our review is pretty inline with what others are saying they’ve experienced while working with Ylopo. They’re a solid digital marketing company that could be classified as a predominantly lead gen solution.

If some of the cons turn you off, or you fall into a category where Ylopo sounds great, but unfortunately it just isn’t the solution for you, you should check out some alternatives. I’ve listed a handful of other companies that may fill the need you have where Ylopo can’t, and some that are just an alternative so you can do your homework before picking one.
- CINC. For an all-in-one solution that includes a CRM, CINC might be a good alternative for you. The feature focus will be different from Ylopo’s, but they will also offer websites, lead gen, and nurturing options.
- Real Geeks. Again, this is an alternative that will give you a CRM along with more customization. You’ll get lead generation and the full gamut of tools just like with Ylopo, but a few additional solutions as well.
- Market Leader. For solo agents and small teams that are on a budget and looking for tons of automation, Market Leader could be a good option. They’re limited in customization as well, but theirs is more on the front end of things.
The Final Verdict
Here’s the thing – if you need better lead generation and an efficient website solution, Ylopo is definitely an option to consider. If you’re looking for an all-in-one solution you need to look elsewhere.
