Overview
Why we chose it: Market Leader HouseValues feature is a unique way to increase your seller leads. I love this feature for a few reasons, with the biggest one being that the leads should be very motivated. A huge benefit is that the prospects in your desired zip codes are exclusive to you. Basically you can own an entire zip code if you want. Plus, you get a predictable number of exclusive leads every month, which can help alleviate the worry about adding this to your budget.
Market Leader also offers Network Boost as an add-on, and it’s a very powerful tool in getting the most out of your social media prospects. Network Boost runs $150/month per 10 leads received, and every contact is exclusive and targeted to your local market. Once Network Boost brings in the leads, automated email and SMS nurture campaigns and listing alerts kick in to keep your leads engaged until they’re ready to transact.

Overview
Why I chose it: ZillowFlex is a program offered by Zillow Premier Agent. Here’s a summary of its features.
Connections with No Upfront Costs: Flex provides agents with leads from Zillow Premier Agent with no upfront costs. If the relationship moves forward, the agent will work with the client towards closing providing Flex with updates along the way. Once the closing occurs, the agent will pay Zillow a commission out of what they earn. Agents who do well with the program will receive more connections.
How it Works: ZillowFlex works by reaching out to a lead and confirming they are ready to work with an agent. If the client confirms, a rep sets up a live phone call between the agent and the client. The rep validates the connection based on the success of the phone call.
How to Qualify: Flex is currently available by invite only. The platform looks for high-performing agents that offer excellent customer service.
Maximizing the Flex Service: To get the most out of the ZillowFlex service you should actively engage with the Zillow Premier Agent app at least once a week. The more activity you show, the better. Responding quickly to client inquiries will also be helpful.

Overview
Why we chose it: Pay Per Closing by HouseJet is built for agents who want opportunity delivered to them — not agents who want to spend their time figuring out Facebook ads, website builds, and funnel optimization. The platform combines referral-based lead generation, AI assistants, trained ISAs, digital marketing, and CRM follow-up tools into one system designed to help agents close more transactions without juggling multiple vendors.
At its core, HouseJet focuses on generating exclusive referral opportunities and pairing them with automation and conversion support. Leads are routed directly to partner agents and nurtured through built-in follow-up systems, while a team of real ISAs works on your behalf to engage prospects and book appointments. This creates a more consistent pipeline without requiring agents to manage every step manually.
For solo agents, this offers a more turnkey path to consistent deal flow without needing deep marketing expertise. For teams, it provides scalable lead generation combined with structure and accountability. The value proposition is simple: deliver motivated prospects and provide the system to convert them.
-
Pros & Cons
- Performance-based pricing (pay when a deal closes)
- Exclusive territory opportunities
- Built-in CRM, automation, and ISA support
- Lower financial risk vs traditional lead gen
- Upfront annual fee required to start
- Lead volume varies by market
- Requires strong follow-up and conversion skills
- Selective onboarding for some agents
HouseJet’s Pay Per Closing model sits somewhere between a traditional referral network and a full-service lead generation platform. While there is an upfront cost, the combination of exclusive opportunities, built-in conversion support, and performance-based pricing makes it an attractive option for agents who want to scale without taking on the full burden of marketing themselves.
