The site was misleading. I clicked real estate license, it took me to some courses. I purchased two just to start and they require a license to begin which I don't have hence the course and customer service has been a nightmare and I still have nothing resolved. The first time the person told me that the course was accessible, which it is not on my end plus I was waiting 5-10 minutes for a response back and still nothing resolved. I stepped away for a brief moment after 5-10 minute waiting intervals and they closed the chat. Second time around I got an "away" message requesting my email for a later response.

I just want a refund at this point.

CUSTOMER SERVICE needs some improvements and the response time.

This just seems like a scam to get your money. They should lay it out better and let you know that a course may require a license before allowing the purchase to be made.

This was the worst CE course I have ever taken. A lot of their questions are asked based off of stuff they don't even mention in the material. I took pictures of every slide and went back to make sure I wasn't crazy. Even with deducting the time it took me to take the exams, the course was MUCH longer than they advertise. This is truly a scam and a time waster! They need to improve everything, the material, test questions and the timing. I would run for the hills and find another CE course to take.

Run for the hills! I will not be using 360 training for CE courses ever again. It was cheap but that is the only positive thing about this course. Most of the material dealt with personalities, iq testing and weird stuff that is irrelevant to what you need to be a real estate professional. The pdf's are 800+ pages long. I am a smart guy and it's impossible to sift through that many pages and feel knowledgeable about the material. Most of the quiz questions seemed different that what was on the final exam. There is no prep test for the exam (which would be helpful) and there were no videos or interaction (which would also be helpful). I took this because I was in a crunch for license renewal and they told me that they would send the certificates within 24-48 hours. My license has been suspended due to expiration and I have a closing in 12 days!!!! I would not recommend this company for CE.

Everything is informative without being overwhelming. I felt like I could keep up with the content and was able to process the information without difficulty.

They could stand to shorten up some of the modules with respect to the massive amounts of printed content.

You’ll enjoy this medium for getting your necessary continuing ed in real estate in my opinion.

I like that I was able to complete the 360 Training class at my own pace. It wasn't overly difficult, but it was a lot of reading, so make sure you take notes. I think that the whole program might need a little more interaction, to keep the users engaged, maybe like more visual content or live classes.

It was pretty good. It was all self-paced, and the material was so detailed. The only issue I had was the proctoring part. I had a hard time because there was no proctoring in my city. I had to go to Frisco to take the exam. I think they should improve on that issue so that users don't have to go through so much just to take the exams.

It was easy to take the course at my leisure. The class itself was easy to understand and the tests were easy to take. I never received my certification and they want me to pay $89 to get another (with no guarantee that they’ll actually send it). This business scams customers for more money.

I thought it was simple to access, and it flowed well. I hadn't been to school for a long time, which is why it was a bit difficult for me. I do think the training course was clear to understand and move through. If you are comfortable with doing courses online, then I recommend it. The only issue I had was that I was under the impression that I would be receiving a book, and they ended up telling me that they were no longer providing it. I think that it would've been beneficial if they did offer it, that way I would be able to reference back to it.

It is amazing to be able to do everything online. It was very well structured, and I don't think it needs any improvement. The curriculum was very simple, and anybody would be able to complete it quickly. It was super affordable, and I passed my exam on the first try. I have recommended it to a lot of my friends, and they've all had a great experience.

Very helpful courses. To be honest the program and all subjects are saving The candidate a lot of time and energy. They are more convenient for most ways if compared w other methods you can go back-and-forth and strictly study whenever you get a chance.

Very beginning of any subject the candidate needs to figure out what’s the best way for you to get it done with the best result. 360 Training is one of the programs that reviews and helps the agent how to achieve a strategy when planning, so in general the subjects are clear and respectful for practicing to be a good agent.

Customer service is horrible. The courses I’m taking are meant for continuing education yet I still have to do all the same things for prelicensing… I’m not even taking prelicensing courses!

All courses should have the option for Proctored or Guided requirements. Proctor would require camera recording with all the area recording and guided would only require only the identification and face camera and unlimited attempts. This recording of the entire room. I don’t even have a computer that allows me to record the entire room anymore and I’m not spending another $2k to get one.

Testing: the questions are incorrectly formatted with typos and incorrect answers. It would be good to have a button to select for each question to mark as Instructor Review or Technical Review so that when I have to call I can inquire about one marked question and not have to blindly give a number.

It was convenient and had a good price. I had looked at other options for continued education but the prices were higher. I felt like the exams were much harder than the quizzes during the chapters. I would make the quizzes harder to better prepare us for the test.

I appreciate the intentions and efforts 360 training put into the course. The assessments and feedback provided are good. The PDFS/ study guides are very long and may take over a month to review(if you have ADHD or a learning disability like I do). The study guides are redundant and do not engage me in the learning process. I can feel myself dying of boredom from this course. The only reason why I am still taking it is that I spent a lot of money on this course and don't want the money to go to waste.

The course needs to have an online guide/bot that guides you through everything. The course needs to include interactive activities to engage and incentivize high memorization of the given content.

This course is designed to be completed within 2 months, so plan out your schedule and mentally prepare yourself for this course because it is very broad and repetitive.

360 Training has easy access to materials and it's really to use on the go. Their price is affordable and the classes give a lot of information. Some of the questions are a little confusing. They need to be more direct I think. I did enjoy the ease of taking the classes at home.

I did not like anything about your online training. You could not even go back and review the test before you took the online proctored test that is ridiculous why would you not let us go back to review the test oh I know why you want us to pay extra to take it again

Going on two days now and I still cannot take the test because you have every poor excuse in the world. First you say I do not have enough strength in my Internet so I do a test and the test came back fine then I have to download Google Chrome and I do that so that’s fine and then I have to try to open the screen up so I tried that nope!! Always a roadblock!!! Always an excuse We are incompetent website!!!!!!! Don’t do it!!!!

There is nothing good to say about the corporation. They are straight up a racket scam and their customer support reps are all scripted to be as evasive as possible because they know customers eventually realize that they are not getting what they paid for. If you ever try to reach out about an issue with their online courses, they will set you up to contact their support team only to waste more of your time because they like to pawn issues off on one another. They also lie and say a supervisor will call you back or reach out but that never really happens.

They can improve by taking ownership of the flaws in their program and give money back to the customer when they do not live up to their promises. They also can hire better employees and not random people from call centers who do not care what happens to your customer concerns. Their management needs to check on their staff and make sure they are doing their jobs.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have a bad reputation for swindling people and having the worst customer support people. The only way to make sure you get any justice from them willfully and deceitfully taking your money is to report them because they will not give you your money back. They are disgusting in how they operate.

Your Notice

Hate the company program. It is a waste of time and money. They don’t live up to their promises and scam you out of your money.

They need to work on customer service. They are useless and pawn off issues to one another.

Don’t use them. Report them to the BBB and FTC if you were wronged. They don’t deserve an inch of credibility because they barely try to cooperate with their paying customers in resolving issues.

Candid Consumer

Nothing. They have a mediocre program you can get anywhere else, except you get the additional deal breaker bonus of dealing with an unprofessional and unaccountable customer support team who are scripted to ignore you or give you a burdensome runaround if you need any help either navigating their program, assessing technical issues, or the like.

They have many consumer complaints against them on their calculated and tiresome customer support tactics to ensure they keep all the money they defrauded people out of. The only thing they should improve is their ability to end this sort of predatory practice and train their customer support team to actually do their job. Their support team needs to address and actually resolve well-founded disputes against them before it becomes so large and common that a class action arises and multiple government consumer protection agencies investigate them.

DO NOT use this company for pre-licensing courses in the first place because they will not give you anything you paid for, including sending you a certificate on time for your state exams or partially refunding you on a defective program. I would also highly recommend that you consider, as a whole, the hundreds of complaints against them made on multiple consumer review websites. They have a pattern of deceitful and evasive tactics.

In the end I like nothing about this company and I’m left with nothing after spending a $1 an hour staring at words. The old saying “you get what you pay for” is true with VanEd, 360, PSI or whatever unholy trinity I paid masquerading as a RE educational provider. One piece of advice would be to pass the proctored final at all costs because they’ll lock you out of the class and you can’t retake the test until you go through the entire 75 hour class again. When I called customer service they said I should’ve been informed that you only get 2 tries to pass the final before taking the final but also saying I should’ve know because it’s in the course work. “There is nothing we can do” was a common response to my legitimate questions. I wasn’t crazy about the course to begin with but the final put me over the edge. I went to the proctored location and the proctor said every time someone used 360 there was a problem. I spent over an hour on the phone to be able to log in. Then I spent another hour asking why I was able to pay and schedule to retake the test with PSI but I couldn’t take the test with 360 or access the course anymore unless I started over. I feel duped and defeated. I’m not sure what the CE is all about with these crooks but I imagine it includes the same tricks and apathy. If you like wasting time and money sign up but if you want to learn without trickery look elsewhere.

There are so many things to improve. First off make the class more engaging instead of clicking through pages that include only a paragraph or 2. Also maybe raise the price so you don’t have to have your customer service people up sell because you come off as a bunch of cheap crooks. Then there are the spelling and punctuation errors which most people overlook because they want to get it over with and never come back.

Whoever takes this garbage please leave an honest review. I’ll admit that I didn’t do enough research on this company because I had budget and time restraint issues but looking back I learned the old lesson of “if it seems to good to be true it probably is” and the only truth I’m faced with is the fact that I wasted my time and money. Buyer Beware.

Everything I needed was available and the training was easy to complete. I needed 20 hours and was able to take the courses consecutively and complete my time. Being able to work at my own pace and at anytime was my main draw to the program. It did allow me to pass the state exams on the first time! The interface was okay, but system was glitchy. The information seemed to be a bit outdated as well. The customer service rep was not very helpful when requesting more time. Customer service and willingness to work with trainees needs work. Balancing work, school and home can be difficult. Allowing for 1 extension would be great. This interface isn't a responsive design and these fields are so tiny on a handheld device.

It was awesome and easy. It is A LOT of information so be ready to read and study. Also I suggest you get an outline of what the state exam consists of, it is going to be real helpful. The whole course did really prepare me well for the state exam that I passed on my first try. For my test preparation I did go through outside sources, going through outside sources did really prepare even more so I'd really suggest you do so too. I did have a hard time focusing throughout the course with all the reading, so if you are more of a hands on person I suggest go in-person but it's not impossible to do online either.

360 Training's website has a constant error when logging in and trying to actually take the modules. The timer would get stuck at 0:00 and forces you to log out and log back in. The time I take to fix these issues is longer than the time I use to actually go through the modules. There are better alternatives. The website login system is horrid. It seems the buying course website and actual course website is run on two different servers and the latter just runs very poorly.

I liked that it was self paced & that I was able to work on it at my own time. Make sure you take a lot of notes while reading the material. The notes do help a lot. I did think that the class was great, but I do suggest that they add more video content to make it more entertaining. It did make it a bit challenging to complete with all the plain reading material, which made it drag on. Video content will make it more intriguing. I'd definitely recommend it, because I passed my exam on my first try.

The material was spaced out appropriately and created a consistent path into the learning session. The quizzes did cover the assigned learning material. After completing the trial exam portion, I felt confident that I would pass both exams on the first attempt which I did.

I do wish course makers would review the answers and spelling. Noticed a few grammatical errors and questioned some of the test answers. I believe were incorrect in the training material. Also, it would have been prudent to provide the questions and answers that were wrong in the final section tests. It’s difficult to learn if you don’t know what you got wrong.

I have nothing good to say about 360 Training. I now find out after 55 hours spent of trying to figure out your wrong answers that I didn’t get my 25 hr post license credits and only got 9 for Georgia. So I’m literally screwed and it’s too late to take a new course elsewhere. I kept coming across out of date, wrong information. Wrong answers on test. Out of date answers on test. Had to redo many test because continued to get False/False questions. Misleading information. Did not get my credits

One is able to work at one's own pace. I also found that some material was helpful, and was presented in an organized fashion. But that's the only good thing I have to say about them.

Mistakes were everywhere, spelling, grammar, and math. For example, throughout the lessons, if the answer was 5%, the choices included .05%. I've been a broker for 44 years and some of their information was just wrong. At times, they asked things like VA maximums and were using very old information. Much of the information was outdated. A sharp middle school student would find most of these mistakes. It was frustrating taking this course and all along realizing that the people who put it together and edited it had a substantially substandard education. I could care less if someone finishes High School if they succeed at life. But if you're writing training material, you need to be more competent than a middle school student. These writers and editors aren't. I've taken a lot of classes in my 44 years as a Broker. This was my least favorite online class.

I really liked the fact that I was able to everything at my own pace. The only issue I'd suggest to improve is the length of the material. If there is some way to shorten it and pick out the important information, it would be a lot easier to stay engaged and retain the information. I'd also suggest taking the exams right after you complete the courses because you will forget some information and have to look back at your material. I thought the whole program was effective and very affordable.

I liked the continuity of it. Everything had a category and a subcategory we had to complete in order to move to the next phase. The structure was great, user friendly, and they provided great examples, and the quizzes were very helpful. I advise users not to rush much into it. Take your time, learn the material because, in the long run, you benefit from knowing all of that information. The only issue I had was when there were instances where I would have to log out and when I would return, I would have to return to the beginning of the category and find where I left off. I also had a bit of difficulty in the math portion, so I had to really pay attention, read and understand it on my own. It was very informative, and I definitely recommend it.

Do not go with this company for continuing education regarding a real estate license. I purchased my post-licensing education here after reading the reviews on their website, all five stars of course, and didn't look at agent advice or anywhere else for feedback. First off, their software is glitchy and will kick you in the middle of the quiz. It does not give you the option to pick back up where you left off, it grades it as is. Customer Support is horrible, and will tell you there is nothing they can do for the low scores due to a malfunction in their software, and that you will simply have to make excellent scores for remaining assessments and hope you pass! When you have had the product for less than 24 hours, within their return and refund window, they will tell you that they have a "rule" to not issue refunds if you've opened the course to the first page. They will then tell you that your only option is to continue and finish their course, or that they will transfer it to a different course of equal or lesser value. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE company, software, customer service AND education. Nothing relevant pertaining to day-to-day real estate sales. Please, go to the CEShop.com and get your CE credits there. Yes, these guys are cheap, but you absolutely get what you pay for here-- and it is barely worth that.

Software is dated and will glitch regularly, dinging you as the receiver of CE

Refund Policy is subject to change at any time, depending on the representative you get

Please do not use this software or company. If you do not listen to anything else, listen to this and save yourself the headache and cash.

The course information was organized in a way that made the information easy to retain and very easy to navigate.

But if I could change one thing, maybe I'd add more interactive tools. This can ensure that the student is actively retaining the information so that they may use it at a later date.

That being said, 360 is my go to for real estate CE courses. I will always register with them and I have recommended it to my entire team.

I liked the convenience of being able to login from any location, and learn at my own pace. Creating the account was easy. And classes were economical.

I did not find the material interactive at all. Just straight reading. Very monotonous. I have a hard time retaining information from just reading the material.

I have taken other online real estate courses before that I feel were quite a bit better, and more enjoyable. But this is a convenient, economical option.

It was easy at a self paced rhythm. You get your content to read then take the assessment. But my favorite thing is was that IT WAS AFFORDABLE. I paid about 250 ish I believe. Most affordable Option out there. Don’t get ripped off by anyone else and learn HERE!

Update the software. But still great software. Felt like it was more for a desktop but I did mine on an iPad.

Everyone including dues overcharge us in real estate. 360 agent’s pricing was great and I will recommend and continue to learn here.

What I really like about 360 training was the ability to go through the courses look at the course content watch the videos take the test per sections see what my weaknesses were and able to test out in different sections. It really identified my weaknesses

The best thing I can say to improve on is perhaps creating some one-on-one sessions for some agents that find it more difficult. Maybe a weekend side to help with agents.

360 training really helped me get my training done on my time my schedule and actually allowed me to really learn the subjects.

I like the fact that the courses were self-paced. Bad if I needed to get on late at night I could or early in the mornings. So it was able to work around my schedule.p

It might be a little better if there was a little bit more interaction throughout the classes. Just to help keep people focused.

I didn’t like much of anything. I did it because it was cheaper than the others and I regretted it .

I have told other agents not to use this course. It was not easy to use and when you would call for help the people didn’t help at all.

The program interface allows me to view the entire modules helps me plan my times and can move forward and backward as will. It’s also allow me to download the lessons so I can learn at my own pace. I appreciate very much these pdf file modules which I can go through and store them conveniently. The most unique and convenient feature is the examination taken using a recorded video. This way there’s no need for an appoint or live proctor.

The program is not mobile friendly means I need to be at the computer to take lessons.

For those of you that are so busy and time crunch will definitely appreciate the flexibility and self pace lessons.

Unclear instructions and abysmal customer support when trying to understand. Better explanation of how long it takes final days exams to be accepted. Everything felt sketchy and unprofessional.

Customer support over the weekend was terrible. I image lots of realtors have to do this stuff nights when weekends so I was surprised. I had get some exams proctored and had been unable during the lockdown to do it. Zero sympathy from your staff for my issues. The problem was that The test would crash in the middle of a 1.5 hour exam. And there was no way to pick back up where I was. A lot of time wasted retaking exams. Very frustrating.

360 Training is convenient but the videos don’t always load and it’s outdated to have to read all content so the information is not very user friendly unlike other online courses.

The streaming content doesn’t always work and takes multiple times to refresh and load and not all items seems to work in coordination so it’s very time consuming to have to read all content very other online courses that allow students to view and listen to content.

These courses are not as user friendly as other online courses and are more time consuming as they require a lot more reading.

I like that it's very affordable, and user friendly. And you have access to your dashboard which makes it easy to keep track of progress as well as certificates.

There is no option to have text read to you. There is no videos of any kind. Technology seems outdated. There could be more interaction, if not with people at least with the system

Not much. Good course selection, easy to select courses and checkout.
The forced timing on each module is very poorly executed and forced a much longer that necessary completion. The content was garbage and literally incorrect in several points.

I’ve been licensed since 1984, been a qualifying broker and broker-in-charge in several states. Successfully grew and sold two firms, worked in Realogy corporate, and trained hundreds of agents. These were the worst courses they I haven’t ever experienced.

Timing on each section seemed arbitrary and generally excessive. Time is NOT a requirement for CE certification, testing is sufficient.

I’ve been actively licensed since 1984 and that is the worst CE that I’ve ever endured. The community ethics class went out of it’s way to promote a Marxist ideology. Crap smells better than this..
I have owned and managed two real estate companies and this lessons bull rap about democratic principles trumping office policy is academic tripe.

The course content is garbage and the structure is horrible

The 360 Training website is good but the execution of said test need help greatly. I will more than likely never use 360 again

You could improve a few things. You are recording a test in progress if someone gets kicked out of the test for clicking the next button dont make them start over resume the test from the spot they were last at.

If for any reason you get kicked off during a test you have to start everything over. This is the worst experience I have ever had with training.

I initially used 360 for my real estate training and it was good the first time. However, I just tried to use their program for my CE classes and it was awful.

The classes were supposed to be in my profile immediately, but they were not available. I purchased (and the charge was approved) on Thursday, still no classes on Friday. I emailed customer support and was told the classes would be manually added. Finally on Sunday, I started a chat and was told the classes would be in my profile in 2-3 hours. We shall see. Meanwhile, I lost the whole weekend that I had planned on using to complete some of the classes.

I would look elsewhere for a CE course.

The only thing I liked about it, was that it was online. I wouldn't recommend 360 Training because I did not feel well prepared for the exam. I literally had to go through. I thought the there was too much information that was unnecessary and not enough necessary information. The material that we need to know should only be the information on the test and also real life real estate would be helpful too. I wish they would show us how to fill out contracts, deal with appraisals, teach national vs. state laws, and how to deal with a transaction from beginning to end. I really hope they update the class, it would be very beneficial to future real estate agents.

I enjoyed taking these courses online. You can prepare and study how long you want and go at your own pace. It was recommended by a family member, and we both thought it really helped prepare for the state exam. What helped the most was the prep exam I purchased and passed, which made me feel even more confident that I'd pass the real exam. The only issue I had was that a couple of times, the sessions would timeout and restart, which would lose a couple of my hours I put in. I never really contacted technical support in those regards, but I think that would be a really good improvement to get that fixed. Overall they provided really good content and prepared me very well for a real estate agent.

In my opinion this group is a borderline online scam operation. That's about the most positive thing I can say about them.

Having their coding team managers take a few basic course in computer literacy might help, but probably not

Bad UX and UI as well as extremely buggy programing. The one CE course I attempted to take was unable to complete due to a software error. Giving this "School" a single star is far too generous. In my personal opinion.

The price was a third of anywhere else. That being said, I had to get my classes elsewhere so it really cost me a third more!

I signed up for 98 hours of SAE training. It never mentioned that it would be reading 180+ pages of dry material and a quiz to follow about 7 times per class! Over 600 pages of reading!! It’s like reading the dictionary! Except they don’t give pronunciation! And the quiz... FILL IN THE BLANK! No word bank and it’s not words from the glossary. It’s a random word chosen from the 180+ pages of reading like “carefully “!

I did all of my Real Estate courses online and achieved a 93% on my exam on the first try. I’m not a stupid person. This style of learning is simply boring and difficult! Unless you have insane retention ability from reading, I would choose another course! I only have it a second star for the random person that can retain literally every word they read regardless of content.

Being able to work on the courses on my own time was absolutely the best. It was super easy to navigate and user friendly. The instructors were also very helpful, and they would answer any questions we had and made any subject so much easier to understand. The only thing I would say they need to improve is adding more relevant questions to that state and national exam. It was easy, convenient, and really easy to navigate. It is a convenient program, and if you are comfortable learning on your own, it would be an excellent option for you. The only thing I would recommend for them is to input a percentage progress bar for each chapter. It was really difficult trying to determine my progress, and that was very frustrating, not knowing. It was easy to navigate the modules, and I enjoyed the review it gave for each section. I also appreciated that we were able to retake the tests repeatedly if we liked it. Make sure you are ready to buckle down because it's easier to drag it out and get it done all at once so that it's fresh in your heads for the actual exams. The only improvement I would suggest is a better transition from slide to slide with graphics would be more appealing. The company’s mission is to produce “learners for life.” Within the world of real estate, 360 Training is well-known, having provided courses online for many years.

Learning Experience at 360 Training

360 Training Real Estate Courses

startup-593327_1920Pre-licensing

Pre-license courses have different requirements from state-to-state. When you finish the recommended hours, you sit for the state exams with national portions. As of May 2020, 360 Training has pre-licensing courses in 9 states, including:

Real Estate Pre License Prep

You need at least a 70% passing score on your final real estate license exam in many states. The reality is, these exams can be difficult. That’s why real estate schools offer Prep Programs. The 360 Training Prep program features simulations and activities that help you digest the coursework. It’s available in 15 states. It’s highly recommended to get a package that includes test prep to increase your chances of passing on the first try.

Real Estate Post License & Continuing Education

Real estate agents need to earn continuing education credits to hold on to their licenses. They also renew their licenses once every two years. 360Training offers CE courses, and post-licensing courses are offered in 32 states. For most states, students earn printable certificates of completion, and 360 Training will report their progress to the state commission quickly and at no additional cost.

Texas Real Estate Commission SAE Courses

In Texas specifically, when you renew your license for the first time (after your first 24 months as a real estate agent), you need to complete special “Sales Agent Education” courses. These courses are 98 hours. Texas sales associates can complete TREC approved SAE courses at 360 Training. Topics covered include:

    • TREC Legal Update I and II
    • Real Estate Brokerage
    • Building a Practice
    • Negotiations

Their package that comprises of these topics & more goes for about $380, and you generally receive PDFs for online correspondence.

Other courses offered through partnerships

  • Appraisal courses (in partnership with Fastclass.com)
  • Mortgage origination: (in partnership with Mortgage-education.com)
  • Designations: Offered by the NAR®.

360 Training FAQs

Real estate regulatory bodies collect stats on the pass rates of approved education providers. Not all states report pass rates. However, 360Training has data available from two third party sources. As of the time of publishing, 360Training has a pass rate that is quite a bit lower than the rest of Texas and Alabama.

Many agents praise 360 Training for offering flexible courses that students can complete independently. Their website has been deemed easy to navigate. Quizzes are easy. Overall, students find that the courses are very affordable compared to other options. They offer support seven days a week, which not all providers do. Additionally, because they’re online-only, they are good for students who need flexibility in their schedules.

Not all agents have enjoyed their learning experience, though. Top complaints include certificate issues and issues with the program itself. Some students prefer more engaging delivery modes like live online classes – though these are often significantly more expensive than traditional online courses. Compared to other online alternatives, some students say that the system isn’t as modern and that there are many typos in the course content.

Finally, they don’t offer a cash back guarantee for students who might take their exam prep and fail. Some schools will refund your money if you don’t pass after completing their preparation course.

Check out whether or not 360 Training is the best online real estate school Texas.

From our research, most basic PCs & macs should be able to run 360training. There are audio recordings during the course, so ideally, you have headphones or a speaker – though it isn’t technically required. If you don’t have headphones, you can still take the class without them.

It really depends on the state. You might pay anywhere from $100 to $600, depending on your state. Each course has a basic package and premium package.

For instance, in Alabama, the basic pre-license package goes for $245. The package includes the Fundamentals and Real Estate Math. You’ll pay $30 more for the premium pre-license package with client-focused communications added in.
