I thought the test prep was very helpful. It basically was a summary of the longer course, so it made it a lot easier to study than having to go back and look for certain parts. It was very well structured.

The test prep was good....actually it was even a lot harder than the actual exams, which is good because when I took them, it seemed like it was a lot easier. It's better to be overprepared than underprepared.

I chose this class for the pricing, and I am always referring people if they are looking for a cheap option. In my opinion though, I thought the material was quite dry and needed more video content on how it pertains to certain situations. I think the class would be beneficial for its students to understand even more and better show how it all applies on a daily basis to real estate.

I enjoyed the ease of use and the flexibility the course gave me. I think it's a great opportunity to be able to do it at your own time. It really did have great information, I learned so much, and I enjoyed the whole process. One issue that I did have was after I completed the courses, I found out that throughout the whole program, we were supposed to be taking the test. I literally had to go back to the beginning, take all the tests for me to be able to take the actual state and national exam. I think that when signing up for the program, they should be clear when explaining the requirements that way this doesn't happen to anybody else.

I did the test prep through 360 Training. I thought it was helpful. It had all the necessary content we needed to know for the tests, and it was a full summary of the whole course. It was very compatible with the exams, and I would recommend it.

After taking the test prep, I felt very prepared for the state exam. It really gave me an idea of how the national and state exams were going to look like. I also used outside sources to help me prepare, but this test prep was super effective.

I liked the flexibility of it all and that I was able to work on it at any time, in my own home. The only thing I didn't like was the difficulties getting proctors to monitor our test. They should integrate with a proctoring company. That way, it's an easier process for us users. This is a great program, and they offer a competitive price.

The thing I liked most about it was the interface for the different lessons, it was great. I would recommend for users to actually read and write down the things that are confusing because when it comes to the final test, it's really challenging. I thought the material was really relevant to the state and national exam, and it is very affordable.

The only thing I liked about it, was that it was online. I wouldn't recommend 360 Training because I did not feel well prepared for the exam. I literally had to go through. I thought the there was too much information that was unnecessary and not enough necessary information. The material that we need to know should only be the information on the test and also real life real estate would be helpful too. I wish they would show us how to fill out contracts, deal with appraisals, teach national vs. state laws, and how to deal with a transaction from beginning to end. I really hope they update the class, it would be very beneficial to future real estate agents.

It was very convenient. Whenever I had questions, they would respond live and get back to me very quickly. I loved that it was easy and self-explanatory. I only had to contact tech support twice. I felt very prepared for the state exam. The only thing difficult about taking it was finding the proctor. Overall it was great.

It was pretty easy to follow, and they had really good learning material that was taught very well. I'd definitely recommend this option if you are able to learn on your own and if you're at managing your time. The curriculum was easy to understand, and it was super informative.

This test prep is what really prepared me for the actual exams. It was crucial for me, and I took this test multiple times a day. I would recommend that you write down the questions you got wrong until you get them correct. I passed my first time around, so it's definitely worth it.

It was something I was able to do online and knock out. If you decide to do online courses, try to stay focused because it is hard to when you're self-paced. The only issue that I think needs improvement is making it easier for users to ask any questions. The curriculum was pretty dry, but then again, I understand there was a lot of information to put across.

DO NOT BUY 360 TRAINING TEST PREP! It did not help me at all, it was the worst...If you want to pass the state real estate exam, don't do it.

I liked that it was an online platform. Absolutely everything in the state and national exam was covered in their curriculum, I passed on the first try. I recommend that you stay focused and complete the whole program on a specific date. It was a great program.

It was nice, it was all online, and I was able to do everything at my own pace. I would recommend it. It was user friendly and affordable. I also recommend buying a book from an outside source so that you can better understand the material. I think seeing a different version of the definitions really helped me understand them and helped me retain the information quicker.

I thought it was OK. I could've finished a lot faster, but according to TREC, you do have to do a certain amount of required hours. I did pass the state exam on the first try, but it took me a while to pass the national exam. If you're not good at analyzing or representing somebody, then I wouldn't recommend becoming a real estate agent. If you are, then look at your schooling options, and read all the reviews.

I liked everything about it. It was easy to use, and the materials provided were great. As an experienced real estate agent, the one thing that they could improve on is their scenarios on the test. For me, they were a bit confusing when it came to the answer choices and questions not coinciding with each other. Generally, it is a good resource to use.

It was great. I loved that I was able to go at my own pace. Some advice for future agents is to take your time. The online tech support was great, whenever I had questions or issues, they'd respond within 30 minutes. It's a fair price, and it was great, definitely recommend.

I was already familiar with 360 training and I enjoyed it each time I've done it. It was in-depth & straightforward. Some advice before you sign up is to pay attention to the descriptions when you're choosing your courses. That way, you don't take any courses that aren't necessary. The class will be moderately easy as long as you read and retain what you're reading. I thought the test prep was great as well, and it did help me prepare more & made me feel even more confident about the state real estate exam.

I had a bad experience with them, and I wouldn't take it again. I think it did not prepare me for the state exam at all. I failed it the first time I took it. I believe it would be a lot more efficient if it were to be more real-life, entertaining, and realistic to real estate facts. The only thing I was impressed with was the pricing, which was great. I guess the whole online aspect wasn't really for me, and I had to end up going to an in-person real estate school. It just depends if you can do virtual learning or if you're more of a hands-on person like me.

It was good, and I liked that it was very user friendly and everything was online. Very convenient! My only suggestion would be to add more video content to make it more entertaining. I mean, I don't mind all the reading, but it would be more engaging with the video content. In conclusion, it was a great price, and it helped me pass my state exam.

I liked it, it was very convenient, simple and I was able to do it on my own time. The only issue I had was the proctoring in between each test. It took quite a long time. Maybe it would make it better if they try to fix that issue or make it faster. I would suggest for anybody deciding to take these courses, is to study your vocabulary religiously. The pricing was great, and the information was good.

I purchased continuing education courses...

I purchased continuing education courses or real estate. I have had trouble logging in. I have to open an incognito window to gain access. Their system times out while I a reviewing the course material. I tried to take an proctored exam. The first time I waited 20 mins. The second time I waited an hour. I reached out to customer service to find a resolution. One person told me what she "thought" could be the problem. I asked again for a resolution. I was told they were doing the best they could with the pandemic and she ended the conversation. I reached out again to customer service. They tried to troubleshoot, actually asked me to troubleshoot including checking the internet speed. After it was determined that the problem was not on my end, I requested a refund and they refused. I asked to speak to a supervisor. After explaining that I was physically unable to complete the exam, they still refused to give me a refund. I asked to speak to the that person's supervisor and was told, "I am the supervisor". He also would not listen to me but raised his voice and spoke over me. Also, I continue to received marketing emails from them although I requested in writing that they quit sending those and unsubscribed.

I signed up for the real estate license ...

I signed up for the real estate license after I was told it was more interactive than PDF. As soon as I had access I noticed that it was ALL PDF’s.. I immediately (within 10 minutes of ordering) called, which their system was down, so I got on live chat and sent an email to get a refund. I was told as long as I sent an email within 72 hours telling the reason why I wanted a refund, I would receive that refund. Well, needless to say, a week later, after 4 emails and 3 chat sessions, I STILL do NOT have a refund. No response to my emails, nothing. EXTREMELY frustrating and unprofessional, given the fact I paid $400 for something I haven’t been using, and I can’t get my real estate license anywhere else until I get a refund. They are so difficult to deal with, and the fact it has been so hard to get a email returned is unbelievable. Would love to get my money back!!!!

I never thought there is a company can the horrible service like 360training. And this website is still existing. Don't make the payment unless you are really ready for taking online course. Come here to check their review first, then you know how bad their service is. I got a spam email from a classroom service with cheap price. I received a commercial email about the renew courses. I don't know how you all know my email address. And I kind of accidentally click the link. I don't know this belongs 360training. I thought it is a real classroom. But it is not. I cannot take online since I have a full time job and two kids to taking care of. They don't want to refund the payment and said there is a three day policy. There is not the policy anywhere from receipt, email and their website to order. I called them a few times. I didn't download, read and sale their online material. They don't want to refund. I have to order different course from local provider. I paid twice for this renew courses. They kind of mad a trap and try to phishing. Anyway, this company is horrible. Don't pick them.

Real Estate Pre License Prep

You need at least a 70% passing score on your final real estate license exam in many states. The reality is, these exams can be difficult. That’s why real estate schools offer Prep Programs. The 360 Training Prep program features simulations and activities that help you digest the coursework. It’s available in 15 states. It’s highly recommended to get a package that includes test prep to increase your chances of passing on the first try.

Real Estate Post License & Continuing Education

Real estate agents need to earn continuing education credits to hold on to their licenses. They also renew their licenses once every two years. 360Training offers CE courses, and post-licensing courses are offered in 32 states. For most states, students earn printable certificates of completion, and 360 Training will report their progress to the state commission quickly and at no additional cost.

Texas Real Estate Commission SAE Courses

In Texas specifically, when you renew your license for the first time (after your first 24 months as a real estate agent), you need to complete special “Sales Agent Education” courses. These courses are 98 hours. Texas sales associates can complete TREC approved SAE courses at 360 Training. Topics covered include:

    • TREC Legal Update I and II
    • Real Estate Brokerage
    • Building a Practice

  • Designations: Offered by the NAR®.

360 Training FAQs

Real estate regulatory bodies collect stats on the pass rates of approved education providers. Not all states report pass rates. However, 360Training has data available from two third party sources. As of the time of publishing, 360Training has a pass rate that is quite a bit lower than the rest of Texas and Alabama. You can see up to date pass rates by vendor here for Texas and here for Alabama.

Many agents praise 360 Training for offering flexible courses that students can complete independently. Their website has been deemed easy to navigate. Quizzes are easy. Overall, students find that the courses are very affordable compared to other options. They offer support seven days a week, which not all providers do. Additionally, because they’re online-only, they are good for students who need flexibility in their schedules.

Not all agents have enjoyed their learning experience, though. Top complaints include certificate issues and issues with the program itself. Some students prefer more engaging delivery modes like live online classes – though these are often significantly more expensive than traditional online courses. Compared to other online alternatives, some students say that the system isn’t as modern and that there are many typos in the course content.

Finally, they don’t offer a cash back guarantee for students who might take their exam prep and fail. Some schools will refund your money if you don’t pass after completing their preparation course.

From our research, most basic PCs & macs should be able to run 360training. There are audio recordings during the course, so ideally, you have headphones or a speaker – though it isn’t technically required. If you don’t have headphones, you can still take the class without them.

It really depends on the state. You might pay anywhere from $100 to $600, depending on your state. Each course has a basic package and premium package.

For instance, in Alabama, the basic pre-license package goes for $245. The package includes the Fundamentals and Real Estate Math. You’ll pay $30 more for the premium pre-license package with client-focused communications added in.
