360 Training Courses flowed well. I was able to complete my requirements for brokerage renewal in a reasonable and timely fashion. I had been dreading the process but 360 made it pleasant!

They might try to eliminate courses with dead time where possible. It’s annoying to have to sit and wait even though you know the subject.

Our son is a licensee and we’ve recommended he use 360 for renewal.

360 Training was very easy to use and help me get through the testing fairly quickly, Plus I was able to use it with my headphones in a crowded environment, So very user-friendly

A few of the chapters I felt like cut off point and some of the testing material but still pretty easy program overall

Good value overall and great for brokers

Not much. Good course selection, easy to select courses and checkout.
The forced timing on each module is very poorly executed and forced a much longer that necessary completion. The content was garbage and literally incorrect in several points.

I’ve been licensed since 1984, been a qualifying broker and broker-in-charge in several states. Successfully grew and sold two firms, worked in Realogy corporate, and trained hundreds of agents. These were the worst courses they I haven’t ever experienced.

Timing on each section seemed arbitrary and generally excessive. Time is NOT a requirement for CE certification, testing is sufficient.

I’ve been actively licensed since 1984 and that is the worst CE that I’ve ever endured. The community ethics class went out of it’s way to promote a Marxist ideology. Crap smells better than this..
I have owned and managed two real estate companies and this lessons bull rap about democratic principles trumping office policy is academic tripe.

The course content is garbage and the structure is horrible

The 360 Training website is good but the execution of said test need help greatly. I will more than likely never use 360 again

You could improve a few things. You are recording a test in progress if someone gets kicked out of the test for clicking the next button dont make them start over resume the test from the spot they were last at.

If for any reason you get kicked off during a test you have to start everything over. This is the worst experience I have ever had with training.

I initially used 360 for my real estate training and it was good the first time. However, I just tried to use their program for my CE classes and it was awful.

The classes were supposed to be in my profile immediately, but they were not available. I purchased (and the charge was approved) on Thursday, still no classes on Friday. I emailed customer support and was told the classes would be manually added. Finally on Sunday, I started a chat and was told the classes would be in my profile in 2-3 hours. We shall see. Meanwhile, I lost the whole weekend that I had planned on using to complete some of the classes.

I would look elsewhere for a CE course.

The only thing I liked about it, was that it was online. I wouldn't recommend 360 Training because I did not feel well prepared for the exam. I literally had to go through. I thought the there was too much information that was unnecessary and not enough necessary information. The material that we need to know should only be the information on the test and also real life real estate would be helpful too. I wish they would show us how to fill out contracts, deal with appraisals, teach national vs. state laws, and how to deal with a transaction from beginning to end. I really hope they update the class, it would be very beneficial to future real estate agents.

It was all easy to understand, and I liked the way it was all presented. The information was well structured, and we were provided with quizzes right after. Everything was reasonably easy to navigate, unlike other courses I've taken online. It helped when I would take notes, especially on the concept maps. 360Training was the best course I took online, on any subject.

I am extremely frustrated. I’m not liking much at this point. It was supposed to be convenient to where I could get my certificate online. All I’ve gotten was a headache and the runaround.

I am extremely frustrated. I’m not liking much at this point. It was supposed to be convenient to where I could get my certificate online. All I’ve got was a headache and the runaround. I signed up well over four hours ago and I can’t sign on with the username and password that you sent me to my email. I have clicked on the link I have done everything I’m supposed to do according to your instructions and I’m still not able to take the test. I’ve had to be on a chat with five different agents just to try to solve the problem.

I enjoyed taking these courses online. You can prepare and study how long you want and go at your own pace. It was recommended by a family member, and we both thought it really helped prepare for the state exam. What helped the most was the prep exam I purchased and passed, which made me feel even more confident that I'd pass the real exam. The only issue I had was that a couple of times, the sessions would timeout and restart, which would lose a couple of my hours I put in. I never really contacted technical support in those regards, but I think that would be a really good improvement to get that fixed. Overall they provided really good content and prepared me very well for a real estate agent.

In my opinion this group is a borderline online scam operation. That's about the most positive thing I can say about them.

Having their coding team managers take a few basic course in computer literacy might help, but probably not

Bad UX and UI as well as extremely buggy programing. The one CE course I attempted to take was unable to complete due to a software error. Giving this "School" a single star is far too generous. In my personal opinion.

This test prep was good. It had all the right material, and it gave me a good idea of how the exam was going to look. I would strongly advise that you only take it a couple of times and then go off the study guide because then you will end up memorizing the answers and won't learn any of the material.

I heard a lot of great things about them, which is why I chose them in the first place. I really liked all the training tools they provided, and they were very hands-on. I would say for online courses, you need to learn everything and take your time. I do think that there should be more interactive content like videos to keep users entertained.

360Training was super convenient for me. I was able to take the classes whenever it fit my schedule, and whenever I wanted to. I've taken a few classes on this website, like my food handlers certificate, and I got it all at a great price. I do think that for the real estate course, they need to include more scenarios and add more interactivity.

The price was a third of anywhere else. That being said, I had to get my classes elsewhere so it really cost me a third more!

I signed up for 98 hours of SAE training. It never mentioned that it would be reading 180+ pages of dry material and a quiz to follow about 7 times per class! Over 600 pages of reading!! It’s like reading the dictionary! Except they don’t give pronunciation! And the quiz... FILL IN THE BLANK! No word bank and it’s not words from the glossary. It’s a random word chosen from the 180+ pages of reading like “carefully “!

I did all of my Real Estate courses online and achieved a 93% on my exam on the first try. I’m not a stupid person. This style of learning is simply boring and difficult! Unless you have insane retention ability from reading, I would choose another course! I only have it a second star for the random person that can retain literally every word they read regardless of content.

Being able to work on the courses on my own time was absolutely the best. It was super easy to navigate and user friendly. The instructors were also very helpful, and they would answer any questions we had and made any subject so much easier to understand. The only thing I would say they need to improve is adding more relevant questions to that state and national exam. I had a hard time with some questions in the actual exams because they weren't covered in the curriculum. I liked it overall, and it's worth the investment.

It was easy, convenient, and really easy to navigate. It is a convenient program, and if you are comfortable learning on your own, it would be an excellent option for you. The only thing I would recommend for them is to input a percentage progress bar for each chapter. It was really difficult trying to determine my progress, and that was very frustrating, not knowing. I thought the material was a bit hard, but with more study sessions, the easier it gets.

It was easy to navigate the modules, and I enjoyed the review it gave for each section. I also appreciated that we were able to retake the tests repeatedly if we liked it. Make sure you are ready to buckle down because it's easier to drag it out and get it done all at once so that it's fresh in your heads for the actual exams. The only improvement I would suggest is a better transition from slide to slide with graphics would be more appealing. In the end, I learned everything I needed to know to pass the exams my first time around.

I enjoyed the ease of use and the flexibility the course gave me. I think it's a great opportunity to be able to do it at your own time. It really did have great information, I learned so much, and I enjoyed the whole process. One issue that I did have was after I completed the courses, I found out that throughout the whole program, we were supposed to be taking the test. I literally had to go back to the beginning, take all the tests for me to be able to take the actual state and national exam. I had a bad experience with them, and I wouldn't take it again. I think it did not prepare me for the state exam at all. I failed it the first time I took it. I believe it would be a lot more efficient if it were to be more real-life, entertaining, and realistic to real estate facts. The only thing I was impressed with was the pricing, which was great. I guess the whole online aspect wasn't really for me, and I had to end up going to an in-person real estate school. I purchased continuing education courses...

I purchased continuing education courses or real estate. I have had trouble logging in. I have to open an incognito window to gain access. Their system times out while I a reviewing the course material. I tried to take an proctored exam. The first time I waited 20 mins. The second time I waited an hour. I reached out to customer service to find a resolution. One person told me what she "thought" could be the problem. I asked again for a resolution. I was told they were doing the best they could with the pandemic and she ended the conversation. I reached out again to customer service. They tried to troubleshoot, actually asked me to troubleshoot including checking the internet speed. After it was determined that the problem was not on my end, I requested a refund and they refused. I asked to speak to a supervisor. After explaining that I was physically unable to complete the exam, they still refused to give me a refund. I asked to speak to the that person's supervisor and was told, "I am the supervisor". He also would not listen to me but raised his voice and spoke over me. Also, I continue to received marketing emails from them although I requested in writing that they quit sending those and unsubscribed.

I signed up for the real estate license after I was told it was more interactive than PDF. As soon as I had access I noticed that it was ALL PDF’s.. I immediately (within 10 minutes of ordering) called, which their system was down, so I got on live chat and sent an email to get a refund. I was told as long as I sent an email within 72 hours telling the reason why I wanted a refund, I would receive that refund. Well, needless to say, a week later, after 4 emails and 3 chat sessions, I STILL do NOT have a refund. No response to my emails, nothing. EXTREMELY frustrating and unprofessional, given the fact I paid $400 for something I haven’t been using, and I can’t get my real estate license anywhere else until I get a refund. They are so difficult to deal with, and the fact it has been so hard to get a email returned is unbelievable. Would love to get my money back!!!!

I never thought there is a company can the horrible service like 360training. And this website is still existing. Don't make the payment unless you are really ready for taking online course. Come here to check their review first, then you know how bad their service is. I got a spam email from a classroom service with cheap price. I received a commercial email about the renew courses. I don't know how you all know my email address. And I kind of accidentally click the link. I don't know this belongs 360training. I thought it is a real classroom. But it is not. I cannot take online since I have a full time job and two kids to taking care of. They don't want to refund the payment and said there is a three day policy. There is not the policy anywhere from receipt, email and their website to order. I called them a few times. I didn't download, read and sale their online material. They don't want to refund. I have to order different course from local provider. I paid twice for this renew courses. They kind of mad a trap and try to phishing. Anyway, this company is horrible. Don't pick them.

Real Estate Pre License Prep

You need at least a 70% passing score on your final real estate license exam in many states. The reality is, these exams can be difficult. That’s why real estate schools offer Prep Programs. The 360 Training Prep program features simulations and activities that help you digest the coursework. It’s available in 15 states. It’s highly recommended to get a package that includes test prep to increase your chances of passing on the first try.

Real Estate Post License & Continuing Education

Real estate agents need to earn continuing education credits to hold on to their licenses. They also renew their licenses once every two years. 360Training offers CE courses, and post-licensing courses are offered in 32 states. For most states, students earn printable certificates of completion, and 360 Training will report their progress to the state commission quickly and at no additional cost.

Texas Real Estate Commission SAE Courses

In Texas specifically, when you renew your license for the first time (after your first 24 months as a real estate agent), you need to complete special “Sales Agent Education” courses. These courses are 98 hours. Texas sales associates can complete TREC approved SAE courses at 360 Training. Topics covered include:

    • TREC Legal Update I and II
    • Real Estate Brokerage
    • Building a Practice
    • Negotiations

Their package that comprises of these topics & more goes for about $380, and you generally receive PDFs for online correspondence.

Other courses offered through partnerships

  • Appraisal courses (in partnership with Fastclass.com)
  • Mortgage origination: (in partnership with Mortgage-education.com)
  • Designations: Offered by the NAR®.

360 Training FAQs

Real estate regulatory bodies collect stats on the pass rates of approved education providers. Not all states report pass rates. However, 360Training has data available from two third party sources. As of the time of publishing, 360Training has a pass rate that is quite a bit lower than the rest of Texas and Alabama. You can see up to date pass rates by vendor here for Texas and here for Alabama.

Many agents praise 360 Training for offering flexible courses that students can complete independently. Their website has been deemed easy to navigate. Quizzes are easy. Overall, students find that the courses are very affordable compared to other options. They offer support seven days a week, which not all providers do. Additionally, because they’re online-only, they are good for students who need flexibility in their schedules.

Not all agents have enjoyed their learning experience, though. Top complaints include certificate issues and issues with the program itself. Some students prefer more engaging delivery modes like live online classes – though these are often significantly more expensive than traditional online courses.
