MN Realty School Courses
Salesperson pre-licensing
You will need up to 90 clock hours of instruction to sit for the state and national portions of the real estate exam. Now, you do this by taking three separate 30-HR courses. After completing the 90 hours of education, you qualify to sit for the state exam offered at a designated testing center. Due to the current pandemic, it’s been provided via online proctoring.
Wisconsin license course for out-of-state salespersons
The school also offers a 13-hour pre-licensing program for brokers and salespersons looking to become licensed in Wisconsin. It runs for only two days and covers topics to do with Wisconsin registration and rules, business ethics, disclosures, and more.
CE Courses
There are a variety of courses that enable real estate agents to earn the required CE credits for renewal. For agents grappling with busy schedules and trying to expand their business, the school now offers convenient modes of delivery, including live webinars, live classes, and pre-recorded online courses. For instance, salespersons and brokers will need to take the Agency Law course that also deals with fair housing regulations. Other modules include Commercial 101, Certified Negotiator, Buyer’s Rep Course, and more.
Exam prep course
It’s offered in class mostly on Fridays. The goal of this class is to help you review topics that are primarily covered in the exam. You get to answer practice questions and acquire test-taking tips from the instructors. Though not mandated, this class is highly recommended and will help you pass the real estate exam on the first try.
