Colorado Real Estate School Courses
Pre-licensing Course

If you have a license from another state, the school offers a 120 credit hour course that allows you to become a Colorado real estate agent. You might also need a refresher course if your license has expired. Attorneys can also become associate brokers by taking the school’s 12 credit hour course.

For instance, you can take the CE credit hour update class. For the 2020 annual commission update, you’ll require the bundle course that talks about oil/gas issues, water rights, etc.
Community Association Manager Resource Course
The CAM course targets students who want to become HOA members. It is entirely online and covers every facet of this career. Unlike real estate pre-licensing courses, you don’t need to sit for an exam to become a community manager. Its objective is to take students through the legal aspects, key skills, state statutes, and more.

My experience with Colorado Real Estate School was great. I thought the classes were informative and well thought out. I felt very prepared for the test with all of the resources they provide. Just got my reimbursement check in the mail from passing the test. Would definitely recommend!

Made the decision to get my license and Colorado Real Estate School allowed me to make that happen. The online classes worked out great and walk you through all the required elements with ease. You work at your own pace and can learn from your mistakes as you go. I know the training was successful since I was able to pass the national and state exam on my first time. I would also recommend their one day class once you finish all the online training. This one day allowed me to hear from other students and to discuss some of those challenging areas. Clearly their program works! My results prove it..

Studying at your own pace, being able to rewind and listen to sections over again, and the Insider's Guide really helped me pass both the National and State test on my first try.
