My only concern at the moment, is that notifications aren't consistent. I have my preferences set for push notifications to my phone from the app but I will log in on my computer, I will have a bunch of notifications that never came up on my phone.

Great system for keeping up with leads!

Still Needs Some Improvements

As a CRM, this works well, but I am disappointed that the search criteria are "ands" and not "ors". For example, I can't check Gulf Front and Bayou Front for terms in one search. It's looking for a home that is both, when I mean either would work. So I set up 2 separate searches. This is a long running problem and doesn't seem to be a fix coming soon.

Through the virtual tour and video chatting features, clients can search for properties with virtual tours, filter properties to view all listings with virtual tours available, request a virtual tour via video chat, and “Join a Virtual Open House.” 

The virtual tours themselves are scheduled by the real estate agent and hosted through Facebook or other MLS tools. The event link is integrated into the MLS listings to facilitate the scheduling process for both parties.
