Easy to use & super efficient

The system is so easy to use, super-efficient, and helps keep all our files and dates organized! As a TC managing a high volume of files, this system has been an amazing tool to keep all my transactions running smoothly! Highly recommend to all brokers and agents!

Amazing Transaction Tool!

This tool is so easy to use and keeps everything organized and right at my fingertips. Inputting data is quick and knowing that everything is in one place and easy to access gives me great peace of mind when multiple transactions are happening at the same time. The reporting functionality works very well. It is definitely a well-thought-out transaction management system that is extremely efficient!

Very intuitive platform!

I have used Transactify for over three years and it is by far the most intuitive transaction management system I have used in my 12 year career. It allows agents, brokers and transaction coordinators to have one platform to help communcation and stay organized. The report feature is helpful to keep track of personal sales trends and the broker dashboard is a great tool to encourage our fellow agents. The development team is consistantly providing updates and improvements and is listening to broker/agent feedback to provide the functions we need so that we can concentrate on sales instead of being bogged down with the back end tasks.

Finally - As close as you can get to an all in one CRM

It's always been so frustrating the 20+ applications we need to use as REALTORS. Transactify is on the way to resolving that. To have CRM, contract management and financial tracking all in one tool is phenomenal! Highly recommend!

Best Transaction Management Tool

Transactify has been the best transaction management tool I have used. It is incredibly user friendly and the amount of functions is amazing! I love being able to keep all of my communications, documents, and timelines in one place. The reporting data is super helpful to help measure my monthly and yearly growth to make sure I am hitting my goals! The best transaction management system....

I've been using Transactify for a couple of years now and the functionality is great. All my real estate transactions are kept in one place. It allows me to reference documents, timelines, and communicate with my team. The reporting capabilities are also nice. I'm now able to keep track and compare my progress from year to year.

So easy to use

Transactify is a staple of my business and I don't think I could grow my team as well without it. I'm able to look at agents production at a glance whenever I want. Transactify is basically Mission Control for my brokerage. I login and know immediately if I need to turn any commission disbursements, as well as see how the brokerage is performing compared with years past, and what are revenue pipeline looks like for the near future. Our TCs love it. They have one place to login and know exactly what their task list looks like for the day & week. We literally couldn't operate without it.

Transactify takes the headaches out of running a residential brokerage. We have one easy-to-use system that takes care of the most tedious parts of the business. Agents simply upload their new transactions and brokers can quickly review for compliance and approve commission disbursements. We have every past deal with all related files going back to 2014, and we can access this information immediately from any web browser. The system also creates leasing invoices and tracks payments, and it tallies all of the agent's earnings for a quick 1099 report to simplify year-end accounting. When we needed to transition to working remotely, it was a completely seamless experience. Transactify has honestly become the backbone of our brokerage.

Think of it as a powerful tool to manage tasks for your deals to keep them moving and stay on top of all deadlines. How does it work for the average independent brokerage?

  • The brokerage uses Transactify to manage the work related to getting a listing on the market (gathering documents, tracking tasks, coordinating with the team, managing listing milestones). 
  • Once a property is under contract, agents upload the signed contract documents.
  • From there, the broker can track the progress of the contract, and agents may submit the transaction for compliance review right in the system.
  • After closing, the system tracks real-time analytics on how the business is performing and helps the broker set goals for his or her team.

Transactify current integrates natively with FollowUpBoss. Because most brokerages use several different tools to help run their business more effectively, one of the biggest areas of opportunity is to increase the number of integrations.

Transactify has no contracts. They currently have a 60-day free trial. If, after 60 days, you’re not impressed, you can cancel without penalty.

They don’t have a mobile app but do consider themselves mobile-first. The mobile site works exactly the same (and just as well) as the desktop site. You can access app.transactify.re from your phone browser and do everything you need there. In fact, one client reported he can check the marketing reports on his phone while he’s riding up ski lifts.

 Unlike other tools, the Transactify team handles all the work of onboarding and training all agents and office staff in a brokerage, so there is very little time needed from the actual broker.

The ability to read PDFs would help tremendously to save time manually entering transaction info. The Transactify team tells us this is something the team is actively working on improving.
