Courses at Exceed Real Estate School

SC Salesperson Pre-licensing

Before applying for the South Carolina real estate licensure, you’ll need to have completed two courses. First, there is the 60-hour Unit I course. In this basic course, you’ll cover vital topics such as Agency, Real Estate Finance, Fair Housing, etc. It’s all you need to apply for the salesperson exam. 

Once you pass your exam, you may proceed to the 30-hour Unit II advanced topics course. It delves into more complex real estate topics. You require 90 clock hours of education to apply for the salesperson license. 

South Carolina Continuing Education

Salespersons and managing brokers require continuing education to renew their licenses. They take a combination of mandatory CE courses and electives. South Carolina Concealed Weapons Permit (CWP) Course

It provides the education you need to carry concealed weapons in South Carolina. For instance, students learn the responsibilities of a permit holder, laws, and regulations governing the use of concealed weapons for self-defense, etc.
