Josh was most recently President at Keller Williams and left his post suddenly on February 22nd. It is unclear if Josh’s departure from Keller Williams was related to this charge, though Team was recently promoted just months before his departure.  Team took on additional responsibility at Keller Williams on October 7th, when Gary Keller stepped down in his role as CEO.

The indecent exposure incident allegedly happened in May of 2020, though it is unclear if Keller Williams knew about the incident before promoting Team to President of the company.  As with all accusations, Mr. Team should be presumed innocent until proven guilty.

This is the latest of several recent complaints Keller Williams has faced, including allegations of people being sexually harassed at work (Inman), and lack of diversity at the leadership level (Housing Wire).
